Jakarta, 18 December 2025 – Herdento Global Solusi (HGS) and Lembaga Bahasa Internasional, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia (LBI FIB UI) have officially signed a collaboration agreement to strengthen language education and develop innovative language learning programs aligned with evolving global needs.
This partnership combines HGS’s industry perspective and international network with LBI FIB UI’s academic expertise in language education and Indonesian cultural studies, establishing a sustainable platform for collaboration between industry and academia.
The collaboration focuses on two main areas:
1. Marketing and Outreach of LBI FIB UI’s Language Programs
HGS will support the marketing and international outreach of language education programs offered by LBI FIB UI. The primary focus will be on Bahasa Indonesia for Foreign Speakers (BIPA), alongside other language programs such as English and additional foreign languages, targeting international and national learners as well as institutional partners.
2. Joint Product and Program Development
We will collaborate in developing educational products and programs, including customized language training programs tailored to specific market or institutional needs, and joint programs integrating language education, courses in other fields, and cultural learning, leveraging the complementary strengths of HGS and LBI FIB UI.
Within the framework of this collaboration, both parties are also assessing emerging trends in international education and global workforce mobility to inform future program development.
In this context, HGS has identified growing interest among international Gen Z, particularly in Japan, in gaining international work experience, presenting an opportunity to design programs that combine English language training, business and marketing education, and Indonesian cultural learning, with a project-based output. These initiatives are currently in the planning stage and are expected to form part of the upcoming joint programs under this collaboration.
Through this partnership, HGS and LBI FIB UI aim to deliver practical, globally relevant education programs, strengthen cross-cultural competencies, and contribute to the development of internationally competitive human resources.
This agreement marks the foundation for a long-term collaboration, with further programs and initiatives to be developed in line with global education and workforce trends.
